Apple devices
- Cracked or unresponsive screen — recoverable in nearly every case via internal connector access. The data is usually fine; the display just died.
- Water / liquid damage — cleaning + corrosion check + selective component replacement. Time-sensitive: the longer you wait, the worse the corrosion gets.
- Won't power on / dead — usually the power IC, charging IC, or battery management. Board-level diagnosis tells us which part to replace.
- Won't charge / dead charging port — broken Lightning or USB-C port, or a charging IC failure. Often a quick fix that brings the phone back.
- Swollen battery — the screen is being pushed off the frame. Urgent: a swollen battery is a fire risk. We replace and recover any data threatened by the swelling.
- Failed iOS update / Recovery-mode loop — usually fixable in DFU mode with a clean firmware image; data preservation depends on partition state.
