Do I need to come in person?
No. Drop in, ship in, or arrange a local meetup. For mail-in, email us at info@fixitlads.com with the device + issue and we'll send a prepaid label.
Will I get a real quote or a callback?
Real quote. The builder gives you a price range immediately based on the device + issue + timing. We'll confirm an exact price after a 15-minute diagnostic.
What if my device isn't on the list?
