Hurontario or Hwy 410 — which is faster?
Depends on time of day and starting neighborhood. From central Brampton (downtown / Bramalea), Hwy 410 south + Derry westbound is typically fastest. From east Brampton (Castlemore / Bram East), 407 west to Hurontario is fastest. From west Brampton (Mt Pleasant / Bram West), Mississauga Rd south is direct. Most south-of-Steeles addresses are fastest just on Hurontario.
Do you have parking for Brampton drivers?
Yes — free parking in the building lot at 120 Matheson Blvd East. Visitor parking is plentiful, no permit needed. Don't worry about timing — most diagnostics take 15–60 minutes.
What if I'm coming from Bramalea specifically?
From Bramalea City Centre, easiest is Bramalea Rd south to Steeles, then Steeles west to Hurontario, then Hurontario south to Matheson. About 18–22 minutes off-peak. Or Hwy 410 south + Derry westbound — comparable time, fewer lights.
Are you open weekends? My job is Mon–Fri 9–5.
Closed Saturdays and Sundays. We're Mon–Fri 9am–6pm. If your work hours overlap exactly, options are: (a) drop off during your lunch break (we accept device intake any time during business hours, even if you can't wait), or (b) use our prepaid Canada Post mail-in label.
Do you do same-day pickup if I drop off in the morning?
