Where exactly are you in Mississauga?
120 Matheson Blvd East, Unit 202 — on the south side of Matheson, just east of Hurontario (Highway 10) and west of Kennedy Road. About 5–7 minutes north of Square One. Free parking in the building lot. Look for our signage on the second floor.
Can I just walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Walk in any time during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). For phone recovery and most hard drive cases we do diagnosis on the spot or within a few hours. For RAID and server cases, give us a call first — we usually want to discuss the array config before you bring all the drives over.
Do you charge for parking or anything else hidden?
No. Parking is free in the building lot. Diagnostic is free. Quotes are fixed in writing — no "while we're in there" upsells. The only fee you ever pay is the recovery price you approved before work started, and only if we successfully recovered your data.
How long does Mississauga drop-off take?
Drop-off itself is 5–10 minutes. We take your details, ask a few questions about what happened, label the device, and give you a written intake receipt. You're free to leave the device with us or wait while we do the initial diagnostic (which often takes under an hour for phones).
I'm in Brampton / Toronto / Oakville. Should I drive over?
Yes if you're nearby (under 45 min). For locations further out, our prepaid mail-in option (anywhere in Canada) is just as fast door-to-door — we send you a label, you ship the device with our packing instructions, we recover and ship the data back on an encrypted USB.
Are you open weekends?
Closed Saturdays and Sundays. If your case is urgent (server down, business-critical), call our number and leave a message — we monitor for B2B emergencies on weekends and will arrange a Monday-morning priority slot for you.
Can I bring my drive in for a free diagnostic and then take it elsewhere?
Yes — the diagnostic is free with no commitment. If you decide our quote doesn't work for you, we hand the device back the same day with no charge. We'd rather have you make an informed decision than book a job you regret.
