Why is my model not listed?
Tables show typical ranges across model generations. Newer flagship models (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro Max, Galaxy S24 Ultra) tend toward the high end; older models toward the low. Bring it in for an exact quote.
Are these final prices?
The diagnostic confirms the exact total before any work begins. Once you approve, that's the price — we don't add "while we were in there" fees.
What about taxes?
Prices shown are pre-tax. HST (13%) is added at checkout per Ontario law.
Do you price-match?
For identical parts and warranty terms — yes, within reason. Bring the quote in writing. We won't match fly-by-night shops using untested aftermarket glass with no warranty.
What if my device is too old?
For very old or rare devices we may quote higher because parts are scarce — or recommend you replace instead. We tell you straight if a $40 used device is smarter than a $200 board repair.
Do you do payment plans?
For repairs over $400 we accept 4 interest-free instalments via Affirm or split-pay providers. Ask at the counter.
