Most cases land between $150–$450. Software-only recovery (forgotten password, accidental deletion) is at the low end. Board-level work (water damage, chip-off, dead phone) is at the high end. You get a fixed quote before we start — no surprises.
How long does it take?
Phones: most cases finish in 24–72 hours. Hard drives and SSDs: 1–2 weeks for standard cases. Express service is available — ask when you bring it in.
What's "no data, no fee"?
If we can't recover usable data, you don't pay anything. The free diagnostic stays free. Your device comes back to you in the same condition we got it.
Will my data stay private?
Yes. Your device stays in our shop the whole time, files come back to you on an encrypted USB drive, and we never browse your data — we only confirm it's intact and recoverable.
What if my phone is unlock-locked / iCloud-locked?
Bring proof of ownership (original receipt, account login, or carrier paperwork). We work case-by-case and tell you up front whether your specific situation is recoverable. We don't help with stolen or fraud cases.
Do you do mail-in?
Yes — for any address in Canada. Email info@fixitlads.com with the device details and we'll send a prepaid label and packing instructions.
